应用国产球囊导管经皮穿刺行二尖瓣球囊成形术

目的探讨应用国产球囊导管经皮穿刺二尖瓣球囊成形术治疗二尖瓣狭窄的效果．方法右心导管检查后,行上或右房影定位法进行房间隔穿刺．穿刺成功后应用国产球囊导管按常规进行二尖瓣球囊成形术。扩张前后测定上房及左室压力,以计算二尖瓣跨瓣压差并计算二尖瓣口面积。结果２５例中２３例术中成功（９２％）。１例术中发生急性心包填塞,后行外科二关瓣闭式分离术;１例术后出现中度二尖瓣返流．无１例死亡．成功的病例术后均恢复日常生活,能够从事除强体力劳动外的一般活动和生产．结论用国产球囊导管进行经皮穿刺二尖瓣球囊成形术也能取得较满意疗效。

Balloon catheter made in China used for percutaneous balloon mitral vaovuloplasty

Objective To research the effect of balloon catheter made in China for treating mitral stenosis by way of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV). Method After right cardiac catheterization through right femoral venipuncture, either left or right atrum- shadow orientation was used to apply atrioseptopuncture. When atriosepto puncture succeeds, balloon catheter made in China was routinely used for balloon mitral valvuloplasty.The left atrium pressure (LAP) and left ventricle pressure (LVP) both before and after dilatation were measured in order to calculate the transmitral pressure differences (TPD). The mitral value area (MVA) were calculated also.Results Among 25 Patients Performedthe operation, 23 cases (92%) got succeess during the procedures; 1 casesoccurred acute cardiac tamponade duringthe operation and received surgical closed mitral commissurotomy; another patient occurred moderate mitral regurgitation postoperatively; but no patient died.Succeeded cases restored normal life after the Dperation and were able to participate in common exercises or jobs except hard physical works. Cunclusion Balloon catbeter made in China used for PBMV can also achieve a better therapectical effect
