| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声测值口算法预测巨大儿的可行性。方法：对1900例胎儿的头围、腹围进行超声测量，其中巨大儿230例，参照出生时体重与口算法及公式法测得的体重相比较。结果：口算法预测巨大儿体重符合194例，符合率92％，公式法预测胎儿体重符合200例，符合率96％，两组相比无显著性差异。结论：口算法与公式法预测巨大儿的符合率无显著性差异，口算法方法简单，更具有临床实用性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the feasibility of calculate way by ultrasonography to predict birth weight of macrosomia.Methods:To measure 1 900 fetal head circumference and abdominal circumference.There were 230 fetal macrosomia among them.According to birth weight,compare calculate way and formula method which measure the featal weight by ultrasound.Results:The calculate way predicted the fetal macrosomia matched 194,matching rate was 92%.The formula method estimate the fetal macrosomia matched 200,matching rate was 96%.There was no significant difference between the two kinds of method error margin analysis.Conclusion:The accuracy of calculate way and formula method predicted the fetal macrosomia didn't show significant difference.The calculate way had more clinical function in brief. |
