| 摘 要： | 血管内皮祖细胞是一类能够迁移、增殖,并分化为成熟血管内皮细胞的前体细胞。它们不仅参与胚胎发育过程的血管发生及血管新生,而且与肿瘤发生、发展及转移起关键作用。作者对血管内皮祖细胞及其在肿瘤发生和治疗中的作用作一综述。

| Abstract: | In the recent years,many studies have confirmed that vascular endothelial progenitor cells(EPC)can migrate,proliferate and differentiate into mature endothelial cells.They participate in the angiogenesis not only during the process of embryonic development but also during the growth and metachoresis of tumor.Therefore,further studies on EPC are important for the understanding of the formation and treatment of tumor.This review summarizes the research progress in this field. |
