何首乌的毒理研究

摘    要:
用高温炮制的何(赤)首乌提取液进行动物急性和亚急性毒理试验,并与对照组比较。结果表明:(1)肝功能(谷一丙转氨酶)和肾功能(尿素氮)正常;(2)血常规正常;(3)病理检查心、肝、肾无异常;因此用此法炮制的首乌及其提取液作为临床使用和食品添加剂食用是安全的。

Abstract:
Acute and subacute toxicity test of the extract of Radix polygonum Multiflorum processed in high temperature was performed in animals and compared with the control group. The result showed that 1) the liver function (GPT) and renal function (urea nitrogen) were normal, 2) blood routine examination was normal and 3) no abnormality of the heart, liver and kidneys were found on pathological examination. This proves that He-Shou-Wu and its extract procesed this way can be used clinically and safely used as an additive of food.
