乙酰肝素酶和基质金属蛋白酶-9在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨乙酰肝素酶(Hpa)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在胃癌组织中表达的临床病理意义及其与胃癌进展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法检测65例胃癌、20例癌旁非瘤组织中Hpa、MMP-9的表达,比较胃癌和癌旁非瘤组织以及不同肿瘤浸润深度及淋巴结有无转移胃癌患者Hpa、MMP-9的阳性表达,并对Hpa、MMP-9在胃癌中的表达进行相关性分析。结果:胃癌组织Hpa、MMP-9阳性表达率(60.0%、55.4%)均明显高于癌旁非瘤组织(15.0%、15.0%)(P均〈0.01);Hpa及MMP-9表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移关系密切(P〈0.05);胃癌组织中Hpa和MMP-9的表达呈正相关(rs=0.531,P=0.000)。结论:Hpa、MMP-9在肿瘤侵袭转移中起重要作用,可作为胃癌预后判断的指标。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological significance of the expression of heparanase (Hpa) and MMP-9,and its relationship to progressing in gastric carcinoma. Methods:The expression of Hpa and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry SABC in 65 gastric carcinoma cases and 20 adjacent non-neoplastic tissues. The positive ratios of Hpa and MMP-9 were compared in gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent non-neoplastic tissues as well as diverse deep infiltration tissues with or without lymph node metastasis. The correlation analysis of Hpa and MMP-9 expression in gastric carcinoma tissue was assessed. Results:The positive ratios of Hpa and MMP-9 were significant higher in gastric carcinoma tissue than that in adjacent non-neoplastic tissue(P<0.01),and their expressions correlated to the invasion depth and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05),and also Hpa expression was positively correlated to MMP-9 expression in gastric carcinoma tissue(rs=0.531,P=0.000). Conclusion:Hpa and MMP-9 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma and can be a prognostic indicator.
