氩离子凝固术在早期食管癌及癌前病变临床应用研究

[目的]探讨氩离子凝固术在早期食管癌及癌前病变的临床应用价值。[方法]选择某院收治的98例早期食管癌及癌前患者,选择56例患者为观察组,使用氩离子凝固术进行治疗,记录术中及术后并发症,选择42例患者为对照组,给予常规治疗,所有患者术后1年复查胃镜,对比其治疗效果。[结果]观察组治愈率明显高于对照组(P﹤0.01),无效及加重的比率明显低于对照组(P﹤0.01);观察组术中3例创面出血,术后出血1例,均在内镜下成功止血;39例术后发生不同程度的胸痛,3～6d后自行好转;1例出现黑便,1d之后正常。[结论]使用氩离子凝固术治疗早期食管癌及癌前病变手术成功率较高,并发症较少。

THE CLINICAL APPLICATION RESEARCH OF ARGON PLASMA COAGULATION ON EARLY ESOPHAGEAL CANCER AND PRECANCEROUS LESIONS

[Objective]To explore the clinical application of argon plasma coagulation treating on early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions.[Methods]98 early esophageal cancer and precancerous patients were chose in our hospital,56 patients were chose as observation group,all of them were received argon plasma coagulation treatment,recorded intraoperative and postoperative complications,the rest 42 patients were recruited as control group,and all were given conventional treatment.Countercheck endoscopy was used to examine after one year,and the treatment effect was observed.[Results]The cure rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P﹤0.01),the rate of invalid and increase was significantly lower than the control group(P﹤0.01).There were 3 cases of observation group happened intraoperative bleeding,postoperative bleeding was 1 case,39 patients suffered varying degrees of chest pain.After 3-6 days,all patients were self-improvement,and 1 case was melena,and they turned normal 1 days later.[Conclusion]The success rate of APC treating on early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions was high and fewer complications.
