某师范院校2007～2009年新生健康体检结果分析

目的]了解和掌握高校入学新生的健康状况,为学校卫生保健工作提供科学依据。方法]对某师范院校2007～2009年9842名入学新生的体检资料进行分析。结果]影响大学新生身体健康的主要问题是视力不良及传染病。其中视力不良检出率为75.06%,女生检出率为79.52%,男生为64.85%,女生高于男生;而在色觉异常、沙眼、HBsAg阳性、ALT异常等指标中,男生的检出率分别为:3.84%、4.74%、11.96%和0.37%,女生分别为:0.22%、2.06%、8.28%和0.20%,男生均高于女生。结论]对大学新生视力不良的状况应给予足够重视,应积极开展健康教育,做好高校学生的预防保健工作。

ANALYSIS THE HEALTH EXAMINATION RESULT OF NEW STUDENTS FROM 2007 TO 2009 IN A NORMAL UNIVERSITY

Objective]To find out and master the health situation of freshmen college,and to provide scientific evidence for work of college health care.Methods]The medical information of 9 842 freshmen of 2007-2009 grade in a normal university was analyzed.Results]The main problems that influence the physical health of freshmen in college were poor eyesight and infectious diseases.The detection rate of poor eyesight was 75.06%,the female’s was 79.52%,and was higher than that in male(64.85%).The prevalence rates of abnormal color vision,chlamydia,HBsAg positive and ALT abnormal in male were 3.84%,4.74%,11.96% and 0.37% separately,which were higher than that in female(0.22%,2.06%,8.28% and 0.20%).Conclusion]Enough attention must be paid to the status of poor eyesight of freshmen.Actively develop the health education could promote preventive health care university students.
