摘    要:[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定西红柿、结球甘蓝、菜豆等蔬菜样品啶虫脒农药残留的检测方法。[方法]样品经乙腈提取、盐析、LC-NH2小柱净化,采用高效液相色谱仪进行测定。[结果]啶虫脒在2~5.0μg/ml的添加范围内线性良好,线性关系系数r为0.9978,添加水平为0.10~1.00mg/kg,西红柿样品的平均回收率为102.7%~111.2%,相对标准偏差为0.29%~1.60%。[结论]该方法具有快速、灵敏、准确等优点,适合蔬菜中啶虫脒农药残留的测定。

DETERMINATION OF ACETAMIPRID PESTICIDE RESIDUE IN FRESH VEGETABLES BY HPLC

Abstract:[Objective]A high performance liquid chromatography method(HPLC)was developed for the analysis of acetamiprid pesticide residue in tomato,Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L.and.phaseolus vulgaris.[Methods]Acetamiprid was extracted from the samples by acetonitrile,salting,purified with LC-NH2 column,and determined by high performance liquid chromatography.[Results]The results showed a linear relationship in the range of 2.0-5.0 μg/ml for acetamiprid,the correlation coefficient was 0.997 8.The recoveries of acetamiprid in tomato was 102.7%-111.2%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)was 0.29%-1.60%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,effective and accurate.It can be applied to determinate acetamiprid pesticide residue in fresh vegetables.
