子痫前期胎盘中TGF-β1的表达及意义

目的:检测胎盘组织中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的定位及表达水平,初步评估TGF-β1与子痫前期发病的关系及在子痫前期中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化法检测正常妊娠组14例和子痫前期组36例的胎盘组织中TGF-β1的定位及半定量检测TGF-β1在滋养细胞中的表达。结果:TGF-β1主要表达于滋养细胞,部分表达于蜕膜细胞,偶见于胎盘绒毛血管内皮细胞及间质。子痫前期组滋养细胞中TGF-β1表达较对照组增高(P<0.05),并随病情的发展而增高,轻、重度存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:①TGF-β1的增加可能与子痫前期的发生及子痫前期的部分病理生理变化有关。②TGF-β1表达随病情发展而增高,提示可能与子痫前期严重程度有关。

Expression and significance of transforming growth factor beta1 in placenta of preeclampsia

Objective:To study the expression and significance of transforming growth factor beta1(TGF-β1) in placentas of preeclampsia.Methods:Immunohistochemistry(SABC) was used to determine the distribution and intensity of TGF-beta1 staining in placentas of 36 cases of preeclampsia patients(16 and 20 mild and severe cases respectively) and 14 cases of non-complication pregnancies at term.Results:TGF-beta1 was found mainly in trophoblasts.The expression of TGF-beta1 in placental trophoblasts was significantly increased in preeclampsia compared with those in normal group(P<0.01).In the preeclampsia group,the expression of TGF-beta1 from mild group to severe group were elevated significantly(P<0.05).The expression was increased with the progress of preeclampsia.Conclusion:(1) The elevated expression of TGF-beta1 leads to insufficient trophoblasts infiltration and might be one of the pathogenesis of preeclampsia,and one of the reasons to pathophysical changes in preeclampsia.(2) The elevated level of TGF-beta1 is related with severity of preeclampsia.
