根管治疗一次法治疗感染前牙的疗效观察

目的：观察根管治疗一次法治疗感染前牙的临床疗效。方法：对121颗患有牙髓病、根尖病的前牙分别使用根管治疗一次法和多次法治疗,并随访1～2年,通过主观症状、临床检查和X线检查来评价其疗效。结果：根管治疗一次法与多次法治疗感染前牙的成功率差异无显著性。结论：在正确选择适应证,做好充分的术前准备,术中严格执行无菌操作,彻底清除根管内感染物的前提下,使用根管治疗一次法治疗感染前牙是有效可行的。

A clinical study of One-appointment root canal therapy for Infected anterior teeth

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of one-appointment root canal therapy for infected anterior teeth.
