摘 要: | 目的研究不同压力CO2气腹对兔动脉血气分析值和红细胞流变性的影响。方法 18只雌性健康兔按气腹压力随机均分为3组:气腹压0mmHg组(Ⅰ组)、气腹压10mmHg组(Ⅱ组)和气腹压15mmHg组(Ⅲ组)。每组兔均在不同的压力下接受气腹1h。测定CO2气腹前5min(T0)、CO2气腹后30min(T1)、CO2气腹后60min(T2)的动脉血气分析值和红细胞流变性参数。结果气腹后30~60min,Ⅱ组与Ⅰ组比较,pH、红细胞变形指数显著下降(P〈0.05),PaCO2、红细胞刚性指数和聚集指数显著增加(P〈0.05)。Ⅲ组各参数变化更为显著(P〈0.01)。PaO2、红细胞压积气腹前后无明显变化。结论 CO2气腹后,动脉血pH下降、PaCO2升高,红细胞流变性减弱。

Abstract: | Objective To study effects of different intraabdominal pressure of carbon dioxide(CO2) pneumoperitoneum on arterial blood gas and rheology of red blood cells in rabbits.Methods Eighteen femal healthy rabbits weighing 2.2kg to 3.5kg were randomly divided into three groups equally based on pneumoperitoneum pressure: 0mmHg group(group I),10mmHg group(group Ⅱ) and 15mmHg(group Ⅲ).Each group received 1h pneumoperitoneum under diffent pressure.Blood samples were taken at 5 minutes before CO2 pneumoperitoneum,at 30 and 60minutes after pneumoperitoneum for the measurements of indexes of arterial blood gas and rheology of red blood cells.Results Afer pneumoperitoneum at 30 and 60 minutes,compared with group I,pH and the deformobility indexes of RBC were significantly decreased(P0.05),PaCO2,the aggregation and rigid indexes of RBC were markedly raised(P0.05).Even more significant changes were observed in group Ⅲ(P0.01).Conclusion Afer CO2 pneumoperitoneum,pH of arterial blood is decreased,PaCO2 is raised and rheology of red blood cells is decreased in rabits. |
