经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生症

摘    要:
目的结合临床实践经验,探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生症的疗效。方法选取2008年10月至2010年4月期间采用经尿道前列腺等离子体双极电切术治疗154例良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者为研究对象。采用回顾性研究法,对研究对象的临床资料与手术记录进行研究分析,将研究对象在实施经尿道等离子体双极电切术前后的最大尿流率、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分进行对比分析,探讨评价该手术的疗效。结果患者最大尿流率明显高于手术前,而国际前列腺症状评分及生活质量评分均明显低于术前,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次研究结果提示了等离子体双极电切术的有效性,经尿道等离子体双极电切术(PKVP)具有并发症少、安全性高、疗效确切的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective Investigate the curativeeffect of Plasma bipolar transurethral prostate resection with the experience in clinical practice. Methods Select patient with Prostatic hyperplasia 154 cases from October 2008 to April 2009 and compared the the maximum flow rate, International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) and the quality of life scores before and after the bipolar transurethral resection of the plasma and evaluate the efficacy of the surgery. Rueslt Maximum urinary flow rate was significantly higher than that of patients before surgery, and International prostate symptom score and quality of life scores were significantly lower than that of patients before. There were significant differences (P0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that the plasma the effectiveness of bipolar electrosurgical excision procedure. PKVP has the benefits of fewer complications, safe and effective and worthy of clinical application.
