| 摘 要： | 本文在国内首先应用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ和ＥＬＩＢ对弓形虫循环抗原（ＣＡｇ）阳性脑脊液标本进行抗原组分分析，并用正常人脑脊液、ＲＨ株弓形虫速殖子的代谢抗原（ＭＡ）及细胞质抗原（ＣＡ）作为平行对照。结果显示，脑脊液及ＲＨ株ＭＡ的ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ蛋白区带范围均在１４～１０８ｋＤ处，在３８～６７ｋＤ处有明显的电泳区带。ＥＬＩＢ反应后均在５０ｋＤ处出现明显的反应区带。从而证实，脑脊液标本中的ＣＡｇ为弓形虫虫体在宿主体内增殖的代谢及裂解产物。同时提示，酶联免疫印迹技术（ＥＬＩＢ）可代替弓形虫的病原学检查，以作为弓形虫病急性、活动性感染的确诊指标。

| Abstract: | Using sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE),enzyme-linked immunoblot(ELIB),we first studied the components of circulating antigen(CAg) of Toxoplasma gondii in positive cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) with normal CSF,cytoplasmic antigen(CA) and metabolic antigen(MA) of tachyzoites of RH strain Toxoplasma gondii as comparison.The result of SDS-PAGE showed that all the protein bands of CSF and RH MA appearing in the molecular weight regions of 14 and 108kD and the regions of 38 and 67kD were obvious.The result of ELIB showed that the band of 50 kD was common and obvious.The results proved that CAg in CSF was the outcome of Toxoplasma metabolizing and spliting in the host body.It was also revealed that ELIB technique may replace the aetiological examination of Toxoplasma,and can be used in the confirmed diagnosis of acute,active Toxoplasma infection. |
