应用椎弓根钉系统经骶-髂间固定治疗单侧不稳定骶骨骨折

目的分析椎弓根钉系统在经骶-髂间固定治疗单侧不稳定骶骨骨折治疗中的作用。方法采用椎弓根钉系统治疗19例单侧不稳定骶骨骨折患者。其中男10例，女9例，年龄23—55岁，平均35．5岁。按照Tile方法分型：C1-2型损伤6例，C1-3型13例。按照Denis方法分型：I区8例，Ⅱ区11例。结果本组19例患者全部得到随访，随访时间6～36个月，平均26个月。所有患者术后无神经损伤症状，腰骶及下肢活动、感觉均恢复正常。据Majeed评分标准评定，优15例，良4例。结论应用椎弓根钉系统治疗单侧不稳定骶骨骨折操作简单、创伤小、并发症少，是治疗单侧不稳定骶骨骨折的有效方法之一。

Transpedicular screw system fixed between sacrum and ilium in treatment of unilateral unstable sacral fracture

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of transpedicular screw system fixed between the sacrum and ilium in treatment of unilateral unstable sacral fracture （UUSF）. Methods The clinical data of 19 patients（ 10 males and 9 females）with UUSF,with an average age of 35.5（ range,23 - 55 ）years,were treated with transpedicular screw system in our department . There were 6 cases of C1 -2 type and 13 cases of C1 -3 type based on Tile classification; 8 cases were in section I and 11 cases in section Ⅱ according to Denis classification. Results All the patients were followed up for a mean of 26 （range ,6 -36）months. There were no symptoms of nerve injury. The function and feeling of lumbosacral region and lower extremities all recovered to normality. According to the Majeed standards, the results were excellent in 15 cases and good in 4. Conclusion The transpedicular screw system is a simple and effective treatment for unilateral unstable sacral fracture with less trauma and fewer complications.
