Observation of Mosapride Combined with Moxibustion Heat-sensitive in Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To observe the efficacy of mosapride combined with moxibustion heat-sensitive in treatment of functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods FD patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups of 30 patients,respectively,mosapride combined with moxibustion heat-sensitive group（group A）,moxibustion heat-sensitive group（group B） and mosapride group（group C）.Group A gave mosapride 5 mg before meals three times a day,and also gave moxibustion heat-sensitive,group B received moxibustion heat-sensitive,group C were given mosapride 5 mg before meals 3 times a day.Group 3 courses are around 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate in group A,group A and group C was 86.7%,63.3%,70.0%.Group A and group B,C was significantly（P0.05）.Serious adverse reactions were not found.Conclusion Mosapride combined with moxibustion heat-sensitive in treatment of more significant clinical efficacy of FD,which was worthy of clinical application.
