国内外抗菌药物合理应用的策略研究

目的系统分析国内外抗菌药物合理应用的相关政策及管理措施,旨在为我国抗菌药物的管理措施提供参考。方法检索各数据库以及相关政府网站,筛选出和抗菌药物应用相关的文献进行研究分析。结果尽管国内外都推出了一系列政策和整治措施,但是目前的抗菌药物不合理应用情况仍然十分严峻,各个地区医院的抗菌药物使用情况距离世界卫生组织规定标准还有一定差距,细菌耐药性问题广泛存在。结论抗菌药物不合理使用导致的不良反应普遍存在,必须从完善抗菌药物管理项目着手,加强国家政策延续、医院科室分级管理、医护人员知识培训等,并补充我国在兽用抗菌药物管理等方面的不足之处。

Research on Strategy of Rational Application of Antibacterial Drugs

Objective To analyse the relevant policies and management measures for rational use of antibiotics at home and abroad systematically so as to provide reference for the management measures of antibiotics in China.Methods All databases and relevant government websites were searched to screen out references related to the application of antimicrobial drugs for research and analysis.Results Although a series of policies and remediation measures have been introduced at home and abroad,the current unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs is still very serious.The use of antibiotics in hospitals in various regions is still far from the standards set by the World Health Organization.The problem of bacterial resistance is widespread.Conclusion The adverse reactions caused by the unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs are widespread.It is necessary to increase the management of antibacterial drugs,resolutely implement national policies,reduce the adverse reactions of antibacterial drugs,and curb bacterial resistance.
