摘    要:
临床科室的质量管理非常重要。着眼于创建新型临床科室质量管理方法,以JCI和等级医院评审标准为参考,提出将导师制引入医院科室质量管理中。质量管理办公室与临床科室建立导师制模式,对质量检查、质量培训、质量改进等进行精准和全程辅导,提升了科室质量管理品质,促使科室质量活动更加规范、科学,形成了医疗质量管理长效机制。

The Tutorial System Improving the Quality Management Efficiency of the Department

Abstract:
Quality management in clinical departments is very important.Focusing on the establishment of a new quality management method for clinical departments,and guided by JCI and the evaluation standards of grade hospitals,it was proposed to introduce the tutorial system into the quality management of hospital departments.The quality management office and clinical departments had established the tutorial system model,providing accurate and whole-process guidance for quality inspection,quality training,quality improvement,etc.,so as to improve the quality management quality of the department,promote the quality activities of the department to be more standardized and scientific,and form a long-term mechanism for medical quality management.
