| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者p53、LRP及MRP表达的相关性及临床意义.方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测80例非小细胞肺癌患者组织切片中p53、LRP及MRP的表达.结果在80例非小细胞肺癌患者组织切片中p53( )12例, LRP( )42例,MRP( )53例;p53、LRP及MRP的阳性表达与非小细胞肺癌的组织学分级呈正相关(P<0.05),与淋巴结转移(P<0.05)呈正相关.p53、LRP及MRP的阳性表达无相关性(P>0.05).结论 p53、LRP及MRP三者之间的表达无相关性,p53、LRP及MRP阳性的非小细胞肺癌更容易发生淋巴结转移. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression of p53, LRP and MRP with the clin-icopathologic characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) .Methods S-P immunohistochemistochemical staining of sections of NSCLC in 80 cases was performed. Results The expression of p53, LRP and MRP had positive correlation with the pathological grade and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC( P < 0.05) .There was no correlation between the expression of p53, LRP and MRP( P > 0.005) . Conclusion p53, LRP and MRP play important roles in tumorigenesis and development of NSCLC. There was no correlation between them. |
