星形细胞瘤热休克蛋白70表达与病人的预后

目的研究人脑星形细胞瘤中热休克蛋白70(HSP70)表达与肿瘤病理分级及病人预后的关系。方法用HSP70单克隆抗体对61例随访资料完整的人脑星形细胞瘤进行免疫组化研究。结果①39例(63.93%)HSP70阳性表达,并且,随着肿瘤分化程度的降低,HSP70阳性表达率升高;低恶度星形细胞瘤、间变性星形细胞瘤、胶质母细胞瘤HSP70阳性表达率分别为41.38%(12/29)、77.78%(14/18)、92.86%(13/14),其差别有显著性(P<0.05),表明HSP70阳性表达与星形细胞瘤的发生和发展有关。②HSP70阴性表达的病人的总体生存期长于HSP70阳性表达者,二者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论HSP70的阳性表达与星形细胞瘤病人的不良预后相关,作为一种肿瘤相关性标志物,HSP70对星形细胞瘤病人的预后判断有参考价值。

Relationship Between Expression of Heat Shock Protein 70 in Astrocytomas and Prognosis of Patients

Objective To study the relationship between the heat shook protein (HSP) 70 expression in astrocytomas and the prognosis of the patients. Methods HSP 70 expression was determined by ABC immunohistochemical staining technique in 61 patients with astrocytomas. All the patients were followed up to get the information of survival and life quality. Mantel-Haezel survival analysis was performed to assess the role of HSP 70 in the prognosis of the patients with astrocytomas. Results The positive expression of HSP 70 accounted for 63.93% (39/61) of the examined astrocytomas. The HSP 70 positive expression rates in well-differentiated astrocytoma, anaplastic astrocytoma and glioblastoma were 41.38% (12/29), 77.78% (14/18) and 92.86% (13/14) respectively, and were significantly different from each other (P<0.05). The survival period of the patients with HSP 70 negative expression was significantly longer than those with HSP 70 positive (P<0.05). Conclusions HSP 70 expression in the astrocytomas is significantly related to the prognosis of the patients, and helpful to accessing the prognosis of the patients with astrocyromas.
