| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Ki-67抗原在血管瘤和血管畸形组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法应用免疫组织化学SP方法,测定各类血管瘤组织石蜡标本76例和正常皮肤11例中Ki-67抗原的表达.结果Ki-67抗原在增生期草莓状血管瘤中的表达阳性率为100%,与在消退期草莓状血管瘤、血管畸形和正常皮肤中的表达差异有统计学意义.结论测定Ki-67抗原的表达情况有助于区分血管瘤和血管畸形以及血管瘤的分期,对于进一步进行病因学的研究和正确的选择治疗方法具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of Ki-67 in hemangioma and vascular malformation and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of Ki-67 in endothelial cells was investigated by immunohistochemical SP method in 76 specimens of hemangioma or vascular malformation together with 11 specimens of normal skin as control. Results Ki-67 was positive in all of proliferating hemangioma, and almost negative in all of involuting hemangioma, most of vascular malformation and normal skin. There were statistically significant differences between them. Conclusion Ki-67 immunostaining might be helpful to answer some bewildering questions about traditional hemangioma and to provide a basis for new classification of hemangioma. |
