逍遥丸联合阿德福韦治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的:观察逍遥丸联合阿德福韦对慢性乙型肝炎中医辨证属肝郁脾虚型的临床疗效。方法:根据病毒性肝炎诊断标准选择初诊慢性乙型肝炎患者,血清学检查符合阿德福韦投药指征,同时符合中国中医药学会肝病专业委员会制定的慢性肝炎肝郁脾虚辨证标准,治疗组内服逍遥丸联合阿德福韦,而对照组仅服阿德福韦;两组均定期随访1.5年。结果:治疗组可以较快改善肝脏炎症(P<0.05)、降低病毒滴度(P<0.05);但两组远期疗效比较无显著性差异。结论:逍遥丸联合阿德福韦在治疗中医辨证属肝郁脾虚型的慢性乙型肝炎患者时较单独使用阿德福韦临床短期疗效好,可以缩短阿德福韦疗程而不影响远期疗效。

Effective Clinical Observation on Chronic Hepatitis B in Stagnation of Liver-QI with Deficiency of the spleen Type Treated by Xiaoyao Pills and Adefovir

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on chronic hepatitis B in stagnation of liver-qi with deficiency of the spleen type treated by Xiaoyao pills and adefovir.Method:Cases selected according to viral hepatitis diagnostic criteria and serologic examination consistent with adefovir administration indicatio,and simultaneously correspond the criteria of differentiation of symptoms and signs of liver-qi with deficiency of the spleen type enacted by hepatopathy committee of TCM society of China.Cases in the treatment group improve were treated by Xiaoyao pills and adefovir and Cases in the control group treated only by adefovir,the two group were regular follow-up for 1.5 year.Results:Liver inflammation was improved and virus titre were decreased faster in the treatment group(P<0.05).The prostecdtive efficacy was no difference in the two groups.Conclusion:The short-term therapeutic effect on chronic hepatitis B in stagnation of liver-qi with deficiency of the spleen type treated by Xiaoyao pills and adefovir was better which could shorten course of adefovir without influencing prostecdtive efficacy.
