| 摘 要： | 本文应用二甲肼诱发Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠结肠癌，并观察肠道不典型增生及肠癌中ｒａｓＰ２１、ＣＥＡ的免疫组化染色和ＡｇＮＯＲ计数的改变。结果显示：动物实验诱癌率为７１．０５％，同时有淋巴结转移。 |

| Abstract: | he colonic adenocarcinoma of Wistar rats were induced by 1.2-dimethydrazine(DMH).The incidence of carcinogenesis was 71. 05%(27/38),6 rats had lymphnode metas-tasis.The tumor histology showed adenccarcinoma and mucinous carcinoma,The experi-ment indicated that the atypical hyperplasia was premalignant change of colonic carcinomas.The results of immunohistochemical study showed the expression of P21 mainly in atypicalhyperplasia and colonic carcinomas,while CEA expressed strongly in invasive adenocarcino-ma and metastasis. There were significant difference existed between benign and malignantlesions for both of P21 and CEA(P<0.05).There also were significant difference of Ag-NOR counts in vary lesions(P<0.05). |
