| 摘 要： | 目的评价盐酸二甲胺四环素[派丽奥（Periocline）]治疗智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法随机选择门诊200例智齿冠周炎分为两组。治疗组100例智齿龈袋置入派丽奥。对照组100例置入碘酚。结果两组总显效率分别为85％和59％，两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论派丽奥治疗智齿冠周炎疗效显著

| Abstract: | Objective To value clinical effect of treating pericoronitis of the third molar of the mandible with periocline.Methods Divided 200 patients into 2 sets.100 patients were treated with placing periocline in gingival pocket,the other 100 patients were treated with as control.Results Total effective rates of two sets were 85% and 59%,and the difference had statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating pericoronitis of the third molar of the mandible with periocline is significantly effective. |
