社康中心经腹部超声对宫外孕的诊断价值

目的探讨社康中心经腹部超声在宫外孕鉴别诊断中的价值。方法选择2009年1月至2011年7月在社康中心经腹部超声诊断的27例宫外孕病例,均经手术病理证实,对腹部超声诊断结果进行评价。结果 27例患者中输卵管妊娠25例,黄体破裂2例。根据B超声像图表现,输卵管妊娠25例分为未破裂型9例,破裂型8例,流产型5例,陈旧型3例;黄体破裂2例超声诊断误诊为宫外孕,误诊率7.41%,准确率为92.59%。结论社康中心经腹部B超声像图对宫外孕进行鉴别诊断,具有重要的临床应用价值。

The Value of Abdominal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy in Community Health Center

To explore the value of abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in community health center. Methods 27 cases of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed with abdominal ultrasound from Jan. 2009 to Jul. 2011 in our community health center were selected.All patients were received operation and the results were confirmed by pathology, assess The diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasound was assessed. Results 27 patients were confirmed by surgery and pathology, tubal pregnancy in 25 cases and corpus luteum rupture in 2,.According to B ultrasonographic manifestations, 25 cases of tubal pregnancy were divided into unruptured in 9 cases, ruptured in 8 cases, abortion in 5 cases and obsolete lesion in 3 cases. 2 cases of corpus luteum rupture were misdiagnosed ectopic pregnancy by ultrasound. Misdiagnosis rate was 7.41% and accuracy rate was 92.59%. Conclusion Abdominal B ultrasonographic has important clinical value in differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in community health center.
