高血压性心脏病临床诊断及早期治疗价值的探讨

目的探讨高血压性心脏病的临床诊断及早期的治疗价值。方法选取高血压性心脏病患者43例,其中治疗组25例,长期进行系统降压治疗;对照组18例,长期以来未接受系统降压治疗,两组进行对照分析。结果对照组与治疗组比较,治疗组血压得到有效降低,心室肥厚以及心房扩大得到控制;治疗组出现头痛、心悸以及劳累后呼吸困难等临床症状的病例也远小于对照组,两组之间的比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论长期系统、正规的降压治疗对早期高血压性心脏病具有重要的临床价值。

The Clinic Diagnosis and Early Treatment Value in Hypertensive Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the clinic diagnosis and early treatment value in hypertensive heart disease（HHD）.Methods 43 cases were selected from the hypertensive heart disease patients,divided them into treated group（25cases）,receiving symptomatic treatment to control the blood pressure,And 18 cases without symptomatic treatment.Then compare the two groups and analyze.Result compare the treated group of hypertensive heart disease（HHD） and the untreated group,patients’ blood pressure in the treated group has been under effective controlled,ventricular hypertrophy and arterial enlargement are controlled.And the symptoms of headache,palpitate;palpitation,hard breathing after overwork are far less than the untreated group,and have significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion Systematic long-term,standard treatment is of practical significance in early hypertensive heart disease（HHD）.
