肠切除治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻82例临床治疗体会

目的研究分析肠切除治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法选取我院于2010年1月至2012年1月收治的82例术后粘连性肠梗阻患者,总结其临床表现,采用肠切除的方法进行治疗。结果在肠切除手术中有60例患者出现肠坏死情况,12例患者小肠粘连成团,10例患者形成缩窄环。经过肠切除手术后,治愈78例,占95.1%,有4例患者死亡,死因为中毒性休克。手术后的并发症主要有腹腔感染3例,占3.7%,切口感染5例,占6.1%,切口裂开1例,占1.2%,肺部感染3例,占3.7%,下肢静脉血栓形成1例,占1.2%,所有患者经过对症治疗后均痊愈出院。结论术后发生粘连性肠梗阻时要判断其是良性或恶性,临床医生要注意观察患者的病情变化,观察患者是否出现绞窄、肠缺血及坏死等情况,而肠切除是有效治疗肠梗阻的方法,但个别患者若情况危急则可以采用其他手术方法。

Clinical Treatment Experience of Intestinal Resection in the Treatment of Postoperative Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction 82 Cases

Objective To study the analysis of intestinal resection in the treatment of postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods In our hospital in 2010January to2012January,82 cases of postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction patients,summarize its clinical manifestations,with bowel resection for treatment of.Results In the bowel resection operation in 60 cases of patients with intestinal necrosis,12 cases of patients with small bowel adhesions into a group,10 patients formed the constrictive ring.After intestinal resection after operation,78 cases were cured,95.1% patients died,4 Death due to toxic shock.Complications after operation are the main abdominal cavity infection in 3 cases,accounting for 3.7%,wound infection in 5 cases,accounting for 6.1%,disruption of incision in 1 cases,accounting for 1.2%,3 cases with pulmonary infection,3.7%,venous thrombosis in 1 cases,accounting for 1.2%,all patients after symptomatic treatment were cured after hospital discharge.Conclusion The incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction due to adhesions to determine its benign or malignant,clinicians should observe patients condition changes,observed in patients with strangulated,whether intestinal ischemia and necrosis,and bowel resection is effective in the treatment of intestinal obstruction for individual patients in critical condition,but if you can use the other operation method.
