| 摘 要： | Survivin是一种IAP家族蛋白,具有抗细胞凋亡的功能,并且参与细胞有丝分裂的调节和胞质分裂。Survivin在头颈部肿瘤如口腔SCC、口咽SCC、喉SCC肿瘤组织中明显升高,并且与头颈部恶性肿瘤的恶性程度与生存率明显相关。联合Survinvin抑制剂、化学治疗、放射性治疗等能够增加对头颈部恶性肿瘤的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Survivin is a member of the IAP gene family. Survivin can inhibit cells apoptosis and present an important regulator role in cell division cycle and cytokinesis.A high level expression of Survivin has been demonstrate in oral SCC, oropharyngeal SCC and laryngeal SCC. Survivin expression was significantly associated with HNSCC advance stage and overall survival, Combining strategies associating targeted therapies, chemotherapy and survivin inhibition will show the efficacy of treatment to patients with HNSCCs. |
