视网膜神经节细胞的保护和修复

摘    要:视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)的进行性死亡是许多视网膜和视神经疾病发展到最后的必经之路。长期以来一直认为,由于抑制性环境的存在,视神经损伤后不能再生和修复,现在研究证实,在特定的条件下,尽管RGCs的胞体或轴突受损,仍能免于死亡,而且变性的轴突能再生,并能与靶组织建立突触联系。对RGCs的保护和修复的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Retinal ganglion cells' progressive loss is a common pathway for many retinal and optic nerve diseases. It has been known for a long time that optic nerve can not regenerate and repair after injury because of the inhibitory environment. Now, it has been demonstrated that under certain condition retinal ganglion cells can survive,regenerate and contact with their targets, although their body or axon has been injured. The researches of retinal ganglion cells' protection and repair are discussed in this article.
