利钾尿肽和心房钠尿肽的水平与心功能关系的研究

摘    要:目的探讨利钾尿肽(KP)和心房钠尿肽(ANP)在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)中的变化及其意义。方法用放射免疫分析方法测定50例CHF患者发病不同时期血浆KP和ANP含量。结果CHF患者在发病第1天血浆KP、ANP水平最高,随着病情的好转而逐渐降低,不同的心功能分级之间有显著差异,而与左心室射血分数呈显著负相关。结论血浆KP含量的改变在CHF病理生理中起着一定的作用,并与心功能程度密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of the kaliuretic peptide(KP)and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP)in congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods The levels of plasma KP and ANP in 50 patients with CHF at the different periods of the disease and in 20 healthy persons were determined by radioimmumoassay. Results Compared with control group,the levels of plasma KP in patients with CHF at the first day after onset of the disease and plasma ANP in patients with CHF at each point during the disease course were significantly increased,and there were significant differences of plasma KP levels among NYH gradesⅡ、ⅢandⅣin CHF patients.The plasma level of KP had significant negative correlation with LVEF.Conclusion KP might play an important role in pathogenesis of CHF,and its level had close correlation with cardiac function.
