| 摘 要： | 目的:总结新型抗抑郁药文拉法辛与其它药物合用时可能发生的不良药物相互作用,旨在提醒临床注意避免或谨慎合用。方法:通过检索Medline、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)等检索源,总结和分析药物之间的相互作用情况。结果:文拉法辛(venlafaxine,VF)是一种5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素重摄取抑制剂,主要是由具有高度多态性的细胞色素P450酶CYP2D6代谢,还有一小部分是由CYP3A4代谢,可同时阻滞5-羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素的再摄取,对合用的部分药物可能产生有临床意义的不良相互作用。结论:临床应该谨慎或避免这些药物合用,并且在更换治疗药物时要充分考虑药物的清洗期长短,做到安全、有效、合理用药。
