| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨活血化阏中成药复方苔癣片对口腔扁平癣（ＯＬＰ）患者红细胞免疫功能的调节作用，为临床用药提供依据。方法 ４０例ＯＬＰ患者随机分为二组，分别给予复方苔癣片、昆明山海棠片进行治疗，采用酵母地检测了治疗前后ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３bＲＲ及ＲＢＣ－ＩＣＰ的变化。结果 治疗２个月后复方苔癣片对ＯＬＰ患者红细胞免疫功能的调节明显优于册海棠片。结论 复方苔癣片是治疗ＯＬＰ的一种有效而副作用轻微的药物，植得在临床上推 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the effect of lichen planus tablet compound in regulating erythrocyte immune function in patients with oral lichen planus(OLP). Methods Forty patients with OLP were assigned randomly to 2 groups and treated with lichen planus tablet compound,and tripterygium hypoglaucum tablet respectively,C3b receptor and circulating immune rosette complex on the surface of erythrocytes were assayed by saccharomycetic assay. Results Lichen planus tablet compound was superior to tripterygium hypoglaucum tablet. Conclusion Lichen planus tablet compound is a relatively effective remedy,and its side effect is slight. |
