曲安奈德治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效观察

目的：评价将曲安奈德加入复方氯已啶含漱液中治疗各型口腔扁平苔藓以及局部注射曲安奈德治疗溃疡型口腔扁平苔藓。方法：80例OLP患者，随机抽样平分，试验组若伴发溃疡者予以4％曲安奈德局部封闭，用维生素E涂患处。4％碳酸氢钠液含漱和用曲安奈德加入复方氯已啶中交替含漱治疗。对照组患者口服强的松15mg，清晨顿服，服两天停五天，后逐渐减量至5mg／d，然后停药，用药2个月为一个疗程。治疗2个月后比较2组的临床症状改善情况及临床疗效，并观察不良反应。结果：治疗前2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后2组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。相同时间对照组的病损多无愈合，无效35例，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论：曲安奈德加入复方氯已啶中含漱治疗各型口腔扁平苔藓以及局部注射曲安奈德治疗溃疡型口腔扁平苔藓具有较好的短期疗效。

OBSERVATION OF EFFECT OF TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE IN TREATMENT OF ORAL LICHEN PLANUS

Objective： To evaluate the effect of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods： 80 cases of OLP patients, randomly divided into the test group, treated with triamcinolone acetonide and control group,treated with prednisone.2 months after treatment,the clinical symptoms,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results： Before treatment the two groups had no statistically significant difference （P〉 0.05）; difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Triamcinolone acetonide added to piperidine compound of chlorine in the rinse treatment of various types of oral hchen planus, and local injection of triamcinolone acetonide for treatment of ulcerative oral lichen planus has a good short-term effect.
