落实个体化护理干预提升膝关节置换患者康复质量

目的探讨个体化护理干预对膝关节置换患者术后膝关节功能康复的效果。方法60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分常规组及干预组，每组各30例，均施行膝关节置换术。常规组术后进行常规护理，干预组同时进行全程的、个体化的护理干预。比较两组术后1w、2w、3w、4w、8w、12w等不同时间段的关节活动度与自主活动的变化。结果两组术后1W、2w、3w、4w时膝关节伸直和最大屈曲活动度，以及术后8w时关节自主活动有统计学差异（P〈0．05）；术后8w时膝关节伸直和最大屈曲活动度，以及12w时关节自主活动无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论给予膝关节置换患者全程的、个体化的护理干预，在术后早期对患者关节的功能改善及康复有着良好的促进作用。

To Implement Individualized Nursing Intervention to Improve the Rehabilitation Quality after Total Knee Replacement

Objective To investigate the effect of the different nursing intervention on knee rehabilitation after total knee replacement(TKA).Method Sixty cases of total knee replacement patients with osteoarthritis were random divided into two groups(each with 30 cases),group A which was administered usual care and group B which was administered a series and full range of nursing intervention.The joint range of motion of different periods after operation(1w,2w,3w,4w,8w,12w) was compared in two groups and analyzed the significance among them.Result The range of passive straighten and inflexion of knee of group B was significantly different from that in group A 1w,2w,3w,4w after TKA operation,and the range of autonomic activities when 8w after TKA operation of two groups was also different significantly(P<0.05).Compared the range of passive knee straighten and inflexion of 8w,and the autonomic range of motion 12w after the operation of two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The whole range,individualized nursing intervention after total knee replacement could effectively improve the rehabilitation and function of joints.
