| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨盆骨折伴后尿道断裂伤早期安全、有效的治疗方法。方法回顾性总结28例骨盆骨折伴后尿道断裂患者采用简化的尿道会师加牵引术,术后适时辅以尿道扩张的临床治疗效果。结果本组随访24例中21例能正常排尿,治愈率为87.5%;阳萎(ED)3例。结论在骨盆骨折合并后尿道损伤中,应用尿道会师加牵引术,拔管后及时尿道扩张的方法简单、安全,能有效地恢复尿道功能的排尿连续性,是早期处理后尿道断裂伤的首选方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the early safe and effective method to treat the urethral posterior disruption with fracture.Methods The clinical data of28cases with posterior disruption with fracture were treated with simplified urethral realignment combined with reaction.The urethra dilation was processed after operation properly.Results 21cases in24cases were with normal emiction and the curative rate was87.5%.3cases were with impotence.Conclusions The urethral realignment and reaction associated with urethra dilation were simple,safe and effective in the early treatment of the urethral posterior disruption with fracture. |
