儿童性早熟的非疾病因素调查

目的调查儿童性早熟的非疾病因素,为高危人群提供预防建议.方法对浙江省中医院儿科生长发育门诊2002年7月至2005年7月期间被确诊为性早熟且病因不明的140例患儿和87例正常儿童进行病例对照研究. 结果营养滋补品,含激素食物,增高类产品,不经常运动,课业负担重,成人洗漱护肤品,母亲怀孕期间保胎,喜爱情感类电视剧、电影、书籍、漫画等8类因素在患儿中的暴露比例显著高于正常对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).Logistic回归分析结果表明营养滋补品,成人洗漱护肤品,自觉课业负担沉重与儿童性早熟密切相关(P＜0.01).结论营养滋补品,成人洗漱护肤品,自觉课业负担沉重在儿童性早熟发病中起着重要作用.

Survey on non-pathological factors of precocious puberty

Objective To investigate the non-pathological factors of precocious puberty and provide the prevention suggestion for the group of people who risks those factors.Methods 140 children diagnosed precocious puberty by pediatrics department of Zhejiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during July 2002 to July 2005 were selected as respondents,meanwhile 87 healthy children as normal controls.Results The exposure rates of following factors among precocious puberty children were obviously higher than those in healthy children: nutritious and moisten products,food contains hormone,stature improving products,skin care cosmetic for adult,fetus care goods,insufficiency of exercise,over burdened homework,addiction to TV series,movies,books,comics located to sentiment(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Logistic regression showed that nutritious and moisten products,skin care cosmetic for adult,over burdened homework had statistic significant differences among precocious puberty children(P<0.01). Conclusion Nutritious and moisten products,skin care cosmetic for adult,over burdened homework play an important roles in precocious puberty.
