EST+LC联合治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石

目的探讨胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的微创治疗方法。方法回顾总结2000年1月至2006年1月采用经内镜乳头括约肌切开术（EST）取石，再行经腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石96例的治疗经验，分析该术式的优点。结果96例都取得了成功，疗效良好，无一例发生并发症。结论EST＋LC的治疗术式适用于胆囊结石合并胆总管结石病例，是一种微创的治疗方法。

Endoscopic sphincterotomy plus laparoscopic cholecystectomy for treatment of cholecystolithiasis together with common bile duct stones

Objective To study the minimal access way for treatment of cholecystolithiasis together with common bile duct stones.Methods From Jan.2000 to Jan. 2006, 96 patients were admitted and received the therapeutical procedures,endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST) to extract common bile duct stones,and then,laparoscopic cholecystectomy were performed.Results Satisfactory outcome were realized:all cases succeeded.Neither residual stones nor serious complications were observed.Conclusion The combined endoscopic sphincterotomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy is practicable and safe for treating cholecystolithiasistogether with common bile duct stones in hands of skill endoscopists,and is a minimally invasive surgical technique.
