中西药联合治疗轻度妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症42例

目的：探讨茵栀黄口服液联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊对轻度妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）的临床疗效。方法：将本院2011年5月-2013年8月的84例轻度ICP患者分为观察组和对照组各42例。观察组给予茵栀黄口服液20mL口服，3次/d，配合熊去氧胆酸胶囊0.5g口服，2次/d；对照组给予熊去氧胆酸胶囊0.5g口服，2次/d。两组均以10d为一个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后皮肤瘙痒症状、血清总胆汁酸（TBA）、甘胆酸（CG）、总胆红素（TBIL）、直接胆红素（DBIL）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）的变化情况。结果：两组孕妇治疗后瘙痒评分、TBA、CG、TBIL、DBIL、ALT、AST 值均较治疗前明显下降（P〈0.05），治疗后观察组的瘙痒评分、TBA、CG值均低于对照组（P〈0.05），TBIL、DBIL、ALT、AST值与对照组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：茵栀黄口服液联合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗轻度ICP效果明显。

Treating 42 cases of mild intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang liquid and ursodeoxycholic acid capsules in treating intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy （ICP）. Methods： 84 patients with mild ICP were divided into observation group and control group of 42 cases. In observation group Yinzhihuang were given orally; control group received UDCA 0.5g capsules orally. Two groups were compared before and after treatment of skin itching, serum total bile acid （TBA）, Gan acid （CG）, total bilirubin （TBIL）, direct bilirubin （DBIL）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase （AST） were observed. Results： In two groups, after treatment itching score, TBA, CG, TBIL, DBIL, ALT, AST values than before treatment significantly decreased （P〈0.05）; after treatment in observation group pruritus score, TBA, CG values were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, there was no significant difference （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Yinzhihuang plus ursodeoxycholic acid capsules for mild ICP have obvious effects.
