血清胆红素在冠心病患者中的变化及意义

目的 探讨血清胆红素水平与冠心病的关系.方法 经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心痛患者(冠心病组)92例和非冠心痛患者(对照组)69例,冠心病组又分为单支病变亚组(40例)、双支病变亚组(31例)和三支病变亚组(21例),测定血清总胆红素、直接胆红素和间接胆红素水平. 结果 冠心病组血清胆红素水平显著低于对照组(P＜0.01),双支病变亚组和三支病变亚组血清胆红素水平均显著低于单支病变亚组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 血清胆红素水平与冠心病密切相关,且随冠心痛病情严重程度而降低,低胆红素血症是冠心病的独立危险因素之一.

Changes of Serum bilirubin in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Its Significance

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum bilirubin and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 92 patients with CHD proved by angiography and 69 control subjects without CHD were included in this study.The group of CHD was divided into three subgroups of single-branch,double-branch and three-branch according to the scope of pathological changes.The serum levels of total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin were measured.Results Serum bilirubin levels in CHD group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Serum bilirubin levels in double-branch subgroup and three-branch subgroup were obviously lower than those in single-branch subgroup(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The serum bilirubin levels have a close relationship with CHD.The serum bilirubin levels lower along with the severity of coronary heart disease.Low level of serum bilirubin is one of independent risk factors in CHD.
