青岛市农村中老年居民高血压患病现状及影响因素分析

（1）目的：了解青岛市农村中老年居民高血压的患病现况及其影响因素。（2）方法：采用整群随机抽样法,对7个村的2361名40岁以上居民进行血压测量并对相关因素进行调查。（3）结果：青岛市农村中老年居民高血压患病率为35．20％（男性37．71％,女性33．07％）;体质指数,年龄,有高血压家族史,口味等因素可使农村居民患高血压的危险性增高;经济收入和劳动强度与居民高血压的患病率呈负相关;（4）结论：农村中老年居民高血压的发生是多种因素作用的结果,应采取综合措施进行防治。

THE INCIDENCE OF HYPERTENSION AND ITS RISK FACTORS IN MIDDLE AND OLD-AGE RESIDENTS IN QINGDAO RURAL AREAS

Objective To understand the prevalence rate of hypertension and its risk factors among middle and old age people residing in Qingdao rural areas. Methods Cluster random sampling was carried out for the survey. Blood pressure was checked and questionnaire regarding risk factors of hypertension applied to 2 361 residents aged over 40 years. Results Prevalence rate of hypertension in Qingdao rural residents aged over 40 years was 35.20% (male 37.71%, female 33.07%). There was a positive correlation between BMI, age and prevalence rate of hypertension. It was higher in the group with a family history of hypertension and low labor intensity. There was a negative correlation between family income and incidence of hypertension. Conclusion Prevalence rate of hypertension in Qingdao rural residents was higher and influenced by many factors. Comprehensive measures should be taken for the prevention and treatment.
