| 腹腔动脉造影在胃癌诊治中的作用（附45例报告） | |

| 摘 要： | 经胃双对比造影、胃纤维镜及病理学检查证实的胃癌４５例，导管治疗前均进行了选择性腹腔动脉造影。造影结果表现为异常肿瘤血管、肿瘤染色、血管移位、狭窄、截断和（或）胃左、胃十二指肠动脉增粗者有２４例。２１例腹腔动脉及其分支显示正常，并就显示正常的原因等进行了分析。作者认为，腹腔动脉造影对确定病变范围及提供手术依据具有重要的价值。但该方法也有一定的局限性。 |

| Abstract: | Before catheter treatment,selective coeliac arteriography was performed on forty five pa-tients with advanced gastric cancer all of which were proved by double contrast gastrogra-phy,fibrogastroscopy and pathology , Abnormal tumor vascularity and staining,displace-ment,narrowing,block of vessels and/or enlargement of left gastric and gastoduodenal arterywere shown in 24 patients. Normal coeliac artery shown in 21 patients. The causes of normalmantaining mormal coeliac artery shown in the angiography were analyaed.It is suggestedthat coeliac arteriography were has significant yalue in the assessment of the field of patho-logical changes and providing the basis for operation. Nevertheless,it is also believed thatthis method has certain limitations in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. |
