| 摘 要： | 目的分析恶性胸膜间皮瘤的X线胸片和CT征象,并比较两种方法对恶性胸膜间皮瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析18例经组织学证实的恶性胸膜间皮瘤的X线胸片和CT图像。结果恶性胸膜间皮瘤的X线和CT征象包括结节状胸膜增厚、环状胸膜增厚以及纵隔、胸壁侵犯等。X线和CT诊断恶性胸膜间皮瘤的准确率分别为9/18和14/18。结论CT在确定恶性胸膜间皮瘤的病变部位、范围及分期方面较X线胸片有其优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the X-ray film and CT findings of malignant pleural mesothelioma, and compare the usefulness of two methods in the diagnosis of malignant pleural mesothelioma. Methods The CT and X-ray images of 18 patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma proved by histologically were retrospectively reviewed. Results The main CT and X-ray findings were nodular pleural thickening, ring-like pleural thickening, mediastinal and chest wall involvement. The accuracy of diagnosing were 918(X-ray) and 1418(CT). Conclusion CT have an advantage over X-ray exhibition in detecting the location, extent and staging in malignant pleural meothelioma. |
