| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针灸治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法 将60例患者随机分为单纯药物组（对照组）和针刺加药物组（观察组）各30例,均予脑蛋白水解物静滴,观察组加用针刺,治疗2周;比较两组治疗后长谷川痴呆修改量表评分值及日常生活活动能力量表评分值的改善情况。结果 在智能和生活能力改善方面,同组治疗前后比较,观察组差异有非常显著性,而对照组差异有显著性;治疗后组间比较差异有显著性;两组临床疗效比较,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论 针刺加药物治疗血管性痴呆的疗效优于单用药物治疗者。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe therapeutic effects on vascular dementia(VD)by acupuncture.Method:We ran- domly divided 60 cases of VD into medicine group(30 cases)and acupuncture+medicine group(30 cases).Medicine group were treated with intravenous dripping cerebrolysin vial,acupuncture+medicine group were treated by acupun- cture based on that.After 2 weeks,we observed values of HDS,Barthel index(ADL),and clinical effects.Results: on aspect of intelligence and activity of daily living,compared with itself,there was very singnificant difference in acupuncture+medicine group,there was significant difference in medicine group;Improving activity of daily living of acupunctrue+medicine group was better than that of medicine group Clinical effects of acupuncture+medicine group was better than that of medicine group.Conclusion:Clinical effects on VD of acupuncture+medicine group was better than that of medicine group. |
