| 摘 要： | 德宏州吸毒者ＨＩＶ感染占全省吸毒及ＨＩＶ感染者的９５％以上，其州内不同县市ＨＩＶ静注感染率明显不同，１９９２年３～４月，对该州２县１市戒毒所中８４３名吸毒者（包括２８２名静注者）调查，ＨＩＶ静注感染率瑞丽市为７９２％，陇川为４７％，潞西为５１％，在瑞丽，影响静注ＨＩＶ感染率的主要因素为跨国吸毒，陇川则为静注频率。而不同地区不同静注感染率的原因则可能为离金三角的地理位置的远近，及与之相关静注行为和ＨＩＶ感染引入时间不一，传染源积累数量不同有关。

| Abstract: | HIV infected drug users(IDUs) living in Dehong Autonomous Prefecture accounted for over 95% of HIV infected drug users in Yunnan.There were big differences in prevalences of HIV among IDUs in different counties of Dehong Prefecture.A total of 843 drug users including 282 IUDs from drug treatment centers in Ruili city,Longchuan and Luxi counties in Dehong Prefecture were asked to participate in the survey during March to April 1992.HIV infection rate among IDUs was 79.2% in Ruili,47% in Longchuan and 5.1% in Luxi respectively. An association between HIV and IUDs was found on the border in Ruili.The data indicated that high frequency of HIV seropositives was associated with IDUs.The various infectious rates in Dehong might be related to the distances to Golden Triangle.patterns of drug injection behavior,different time which HIV was imported and the different cumulative number of source of infection. |
