| 摘 要： | 近年来研究表明 ,细胞因子与子宫内膜异位症的关系密切 ,它们与内膜细胞的种植增生有关 ,形成子宫内膜异位症病损 ,降低了免疫监视、辨认及机体破坏异位细胞 ,同时可能助长内异细胞生长 ,在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中起了重要作用。对细胞因子的深入研究将为子宫内膜异位症寻求新的治疗方法提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Recent studies showed that the cytokines, such as lymphokines, monokines, growth factors, etc., are correlated with endometriosis closed, which is associated with the implantation and proliferation of endometria. Cytokines can decrease the abilities of immunological recognition and destruction for ectopiccells, meanwhile they may contributed to the growth of ectopic endometrial cell as well, so they play important roles in the genesis and development endometriosis. The thorough study on these cytokines will contribute to new therapy for endometriosis. |
