| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺配合整脊手法治疗胸椎小关节错位所致胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法将60例胸椎小关节错位所致胃脘痛患者随机分为治疗组21例,针刺组20例和手法组19例。治疗组采用针刺配合手法复位治疗,针刺组采用单纯针刺治疗,手法组采用单纯手法治疗,2个疗程后比较疗效。结果治疗组治疗后胸背疼痛指数低于针刺组和手法组（均P〈0.05）。治疗组总有效率为95.2%,针刺组为75.0%,手法组为78.9%,治疗组疗效优于针刺组和手法组（均P〈0.05）。结论针刺配合手法是治疗胸椎小关节错位所致胃脘痛的一种有效方法。
