椎间关节阻滞治疗椎间关节综合征疗效观察

目的:观察椎间关节阻滞对椎间关节综合征的治疗效果。方法:52例椎间关节综合征患者在C型臂X线机定位下行椎间关节阻滞,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及活动功能评分法评价治疗前、后的疗效,治疗结束后随访6～12个月。结果:治疗前、后运动性疼痛评分、压痛点疼痛评分、活动功能评分比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),治疗有效率达96%,有2例复发。结论:在C型臂X线机定位下椎间关节阻滞治疗椎间关节综合征具有定位准确、疗效显著、复发率低的特点,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of the curative effect of intervertebral joint block for intervertebral joint syndronme

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of intervertebral joint block for intervertebral joint syndrome.Methods:The intervertebral joint block in 52 patients with intervertebral joint syndrome was performed by the orientation of type C arm X-ray machine.The vision grade simulation(VAS) method and activity function grade method were adopted to estimate the curative effect before and after treatment,the follow-up time was 6~12 months after the end of treatment.Results:There was significant difference in motor pain grade,compression pain grade and activity function grade before and after treatment(P<0.01),the effective rate of treatment amounted to 96% and 2 cases were recurrence.Conclusion:Intervertebral joint block for intervertebral joint syndrome by the orientation of type C arm X-ray machine possesses the characteristics of exact orientation,prominent therapeutic effect and low recurrence rate,and is worth clinical application.
