| 摘 要： | 目的建立止咳枇杷糖浆中齐墩果酸及熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法采用Apollo C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5mm),以乙腈-甲醇-0.5%醋酸铵溶液(67∶12∶21)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为210nm。结果齐墩果酸含量在0.1006~1.5090μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.73%,RSD为1.05%;熊果酸含量在0.4028~6.0420μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.25%,RSD为1.54%。结论该方法简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于止咳枇杷糖浆的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method of Oleanolic acid and Ursolic in Zhike Pipa Tangjiang by HPLC.Methods The separation was out on a Apollo C18 column,with mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0.5%ammonium acetate（67∶12∶21）.The flow rale was set at 1.0mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 210nm.Result The calibration curve of oleanolic acid was in good linear of 0.1006-1.5090μg,（r=0.9999）,and the average recovery rate was 98.73%,RSD=1.05%.Ursolic showed good linear of 0.4028-6.0420μg,（r=0.9997）,and the average recovery rate was 99.25%,RSD=1.54%.Conclusion The developed method is sensitive,accurate,and with a good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of the granules. |
