优质护理服务对基层医院护理工作模式的主要影响

目的探讨优质护理服务在基层医院护理工作中的应用及其对护理工作模式的主要影响。方法采用调查问卷的方法,对我院80名护士进行问卷调查。按照统一的护理人员对基础护理的重视为基础,探讨优质护理服务对基层医院护理工作模式的影响。对实施优质护理服务前后护理人员的理论成绩与技能成绩、护士规范用语、护士对患者疾病相关知识的知晓度、护士心理状况变化、护理不良事件的发生率、患者对护理满意度等方面进行对比。结果①将"优质护理服务"理念融入至实际的基层医院护理工作中,对于优化护理工作内容与提高护理质量具有十分重要的影响与意义;②优质护理服务实施前护士理论成绩及技能成绩合格率分别为75.0%、68.8%,实施后分别为96.3%、93.8%,二者具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);③优质护理实施前护士规范用语合格率为77.5%,实施后护士规范用语合格率为100.0%,二者差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);④护士对患者相关疾病相关知识的知晓度在优质护理服务实施前后具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);⑤运用焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)对护士的心理状况进行评分,优质护理服务实施前SAS与SDS得分分别为(44.29±11.57)分、(42.16±10.37)分,优质护理服务实施后分别为(31.25±6.77)分、(30.53±5.98)分,且二者具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);⑥优质护理服务实施前护理不良事件的发生率与实施后的发生率具有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论优质护理服务能够对基层医院的护理工作模式产生非常重要的影响,即能够提高护士理论及技能成绩、护士护理用语更加规范、对患者疾病相关知识的认知度明显提高、护士心理状况明显转良、不良事件发生率明显降低。

Main Influences of Quality Caring on Primary Hospital

Objective To investigate the high-quality care in the primary hospital care and its main impact of nursing work mode.Methods Questionnaire survey of 80 nurses in our hospital.Basis,in accordance with the unified nursing staff on the basis of care emphasis on to explore quality care primary hospital care model.Standardized terminology theoretical achievements and skills scores before and after the implementation of the high-quality care nurses,nurses,nurse awareness of patients with disease-related knowledge,nurses,mental status changes,the incidence of nursing adverse events,patient care satisfaction compared.Results ①the ＂quality care＂ philosophy into actual primary hospital care,for to optimize care work content and to improve the quality of care has a very important influence and significance;②before the implementation of quality care nurses theory the achievements and skills of satisfactory rate was 75.0%,68.8%,after the implementation of 96.3%,93.8%,respectively,both with a statistically significant difference（P0.01）;③highquality care and the implementation of standardized terminology pass rate of the former nurses 77.5% after the implementation of standardized terminology for nurses qualified rate of 100.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01） significantly;④nurse awareness of quality care before and after the implementation of the knowledge of the patient-related diseases statistically significant difference（P0.01）;⑤the use of anxiety self-rating scale（SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） on the psychological status of nurses rated,high-quality care implementation former SAS and SDS scores were points（44.29±11.57）,（42.16±10.37） points,after the implementation of quality care were（31.25±6.77） min,（30.53±5.98） points,and both have a statistically significant difference（P0.01）;⑥high-quality care before care and the incidence of adverse events with the implementation of the incidence of a statistically significant difference（P 0.05,P 0.01）.Conclusion High-quality care can have a very important primary hospital care,that is able to improve the achievements of the nurse theory and skills,nurses more standardized nursing terminology awareness significantly improved for patients with disease-related knowledge,psychological conditions of nurses turn benign,the incidence of adverse events was significantly reduced.
