| 摘 要： | 目的建立人参健脾片的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的当归、山楂、木香进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱中能明显地检出当归、山楂、木香。结论该方法简便可行，专属性强，重现性好。可用于人参健脾片的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of Renshen Jianpi tablets by TLC. Methods Radix Angelicae Sinensis.Fructus Crataegi and Radix Aucklandiae were identified by TLC. Result Radix Angelicae Sinensis. Fructus Crataegi and Radix Aucklandiae could be detected by TLC. Conclusion This method was found to be simple, available with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Renshen Jianpi tablets. |
