临床药师参与神经内科药学服务的实践

目的提高合理用药和治疗水平。方法对临床药师参与神经内科查房记录的药历进行统计分析，并结合典型病例说明。结果在全年查房记录的330份药历中，制订个体化用药方案154份（46．67％），纠正与药物应用相关错误115份（34．85％），疗效提高和缩短疗程37份（11．21％），费用下降／住院日减少24份（7．27％）。结论临床药师利用专业特长，协助临床医师调整用药方案，可以促进临床舍理用药、提高药物治疗水平。

Participation Practice of Clinical Pharmacist in Pharmaceutical Care of Neurologic Department

Objective To raise the level of treatment and rational drug use. Methods The statistical analysis was made according to the visit notes recorded by clinical pharmacist and doctors from the department of neurology with explanation of typical examples. Results In the 330 cases of the whole year： the number of cases of rational administration of drugs was 154（46. 67% ）; the number of cases of correcting relevant mistake of drug use was 115（34. 85% ）; the number of cases of efficacy improvement and shortening treatment course was 37（11.21% ）; the number of cost decline/decreased length of stay in hospital was 24（7.27% ）. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists use their professional expertise to assist clinicians adjusting the therapeutic regimen, which can promote rational drug use and raise the level of medications.
